District Council

Drill-down analysis of existing data from a recent “Best Value” survey. Deliverables were a series of density maps showing how attitudes and behaviour differed across the District.

The value gained:

• Highlighted differing attitudes/behaviour across the District.
• Led the Council to develop regional variations of its newsletter, to demonstrate commitment to addressing these differences.
• Identified (through Turf Analysis) which aspects of which services should be prioritised to maximise resident satisfaction.
